Do you issue GST invoices?
We issue a Cyprus-side invoice that's accepted as foreign-supplier documentation by Indian accountants for input-credit reverse-charge purposes (GSTR-3B). If your company specifically needs a domestic GSTIN-bearing invoice, contact us and we'll route through our Indian fiscal partner.
Does UPI actually work for SaaS subscriptions?
Yes — UPI AutoPay mandates are fully supported by Stripe India. You authorize once via your UPI app's e-mandate flow, and monthly debits land automatically. The mandate is revocable from your UPI app at any time.
What's the latency from India to your relay?
Our Cyprus relay is ~100-130 ms from Mumbai/Bangalore over a normal Jio/Airtel connection. Most sessions punch direct P2P though, so the relay is only a fallback — typical RTT for in-India sessions is ~10-30 ms.
Is the desktop client localized for India?
Hindi UI is supported; the desktop client and the website both ship a hi-IN translation. Tamil/Bengali/Telugu/etc. are not in the current locale set but contact us if your team needs one — we'll add it if the demand is real.
