For personal use, the Free plan handles most needs. Freelancers and consultants do well with Pro ($7.99/mo) for unlimited sessions and 200 devices. Multi-operator (Team) billing is in development — email us if you need it now.
Is GoDesk free for personal use?
Yes. GoDesk is free for non-commercial use with up to 30 devices, 1 concurrent session, 5 GB/mo of relay traffic, and 5 MB file transfers. No credit card required.
Can I use GoDesk for commercial IT support?
Yes. The Pro and Team plans are designed for commercial use. They include unlimited sessions, session recording, unattended access, and priority support.
Does GoDesk work across different operating systems?
Today: Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, and Debian/Ubuntu/Mint via .deb. Android and iOS clients are in development (Android Q3 2026 target, iOS later). You can connect from any shipped platform to any other.
