Is pricing per-operator or per-device?
Per-device today (30/50/200 across Free/Lite/Pro). Multi-seat operator-based billing is in development. If you need per-technician pricing now, email info@godeskflow.com — we can configure it manually for early MSP customers.
Can I separate client machines into different groups?
Yes. The shared address book supports tags and groups so you can organise machines by client, location, OS, or any custom category.
Is there a limit on concurrent sessions?
Each operator can run one active session at a time. Multiple operators connect to different machines simultaneously, so your team can handle parallel requests.
Can I use GoDesk alongside my existing PSA or RMM tools?
GoDesk works as a standalone remote-access solution and complements your existing PSA/RMM stack — it handles the remote desktop component while your other tools manage ticketing and monitoring.
